In order to exercise the rights referred to in Article 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/03 is implemented in Law 101/2018 (law to request confirmation of the existence or not of their personal data, updating, rectification or integration of the same) in accordance with art. 8, 9 and 10 and art. 15-22 of EU Regulation 2016/679
